At Christian Center Church, children are not given something to do while their parents learn about God. Rather, we know that children are an important part of what God is doing today! Meeting Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, King's Treasure partners with parents to bring up children in the ways of the Lord.
Children learn in a variety of experiences, depending upon their age and mental development. King's Treasure approaches Christian education with age-appropriate activities in a fun, safe, and dynamic environment. While lesson plans may touch upon such subjects as appropriate behavior and good choices, the primary focus of all learning is based upon the Bible. Children understand Jesus as God's Son and God's love for them at their level. Appropriate behavior and good choices will follow best from a Christian understanding and a Biblical World View.
After corporate worship in the main auditorium with their parents, the children go to their own chapel where they learn songs with motions, watch cool object lessons, learn from live skits and puppet shows, and participate in games. Every service has Hot Line Time, where the children talk to God either with an adult or on their own.
Christian Center Church utilizes an attendance program that contains pictures of both the child and any responsible adult who may pick them up after the service. Nursery children are assigned a number to alert parents if needed.
Fun, safe, and secure, King's Treasure is the right place for your children!
